Lithium-ion secondary batteries are designated as electrical appliances other than specified electrical appliances under the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, and businesses are required to confirm compliance with the technical standards of the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (Appendix Table 9 Lithium-ion Storage Batteries). Our organization conducts the necessary tests for this compliance confirmation at the request of businesses and provides test reports. 【Features】 ■ Registered as a certification body and testing laboratory under the IECEE CB system for lithium-ion secondary battery testing, issuing IECEE CB certificates. ■ Conducts testing of lithium secondary batteries used in medical devices. With the revision from the 2nd edition to the 3rd edition of the safety standard IEC 60601-1 for medical devices, compliance with IEC 62133 is required.
